Shipping
All items are shipped from Singapore via registered mail. A tracking number will be provided.
For customers in the US: Shipping has been temporarily disabled (set to impossibly high) as US customs regulations have caused local postal service Singpost to suspend most shipping options. (Source) I will be updating my shipping prices for the US to fall within the realm of the technically possible, but please note that it will be unreasonably expensive (the post office will literally not accept the package otherwise), and you will be subjected to further unreasonable duties and taxes from US customs. Existing packages that are returned to me due to non-delivery will most likely have to be refunded (I will contact you via e-mail in this case).
For customers in the UK: I don't collect VAT on this platform, which means to expect extra fees on delivery. If a package is returned to me, I will require the shipping fee to be paid again to resend the package - please contact me. Otherwise, I will keep it and refund the order cost minus the original shipping cost.
Shipping to EU/NI is not available due to GPSR regulations, for the foreseeable future (unless regulations are changed and/or made more lenient for smaller sellers). Due to how this shop platform works, I can't completely prevent checkout, so shipping has been set to be impossibly high. If you somehow manage to place an order (?????), it will be refunded entirely.
Schedule
I typically ship orders at least once a week. This is usually on Wednesdays, which includes orders made up until the end of Tuesday (Singapore time). That is to say, the cutoff is 11.59pm GMT+8 on Tuesdays. The specific day of the week may be subject to change depending on local holidays, order volume, and other circumstances.
Once an order has been shipped, it's out of my hands - I can't make it move faster! It may take several weeks to arrive due to the current world situation, as well as USPS delays if you live in the US. If a month has passed since the package has been shipped, please send me a message!
If you made a mistake entering your address details, you can e-mail me to correct it as long as it's before the cutoff time for shipping that week. After that time, I'll most likely already have purchased the shipping label and can't make changes.
If a package is returned to me due to non-delivery, I will contact you via e-mail. If I made a mistake in the delivery address, I'll resend it again for free, but otherwise it will require the cost of delivery to send the package again.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final.
As production is handled by humans, products may display minor imperfections. Any important details have been noted on the relevant product pages. When you make a purchase, you accept that the product you receive may be imperfect, and cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded.
Returns and exchanges are only entertained in the case where I made a mistake packing your order. Please send me a message in that case!
