All items are shipped from Singapore via registered mail. A tracking number will be provided.

For customers in the UK/EU: I don't collect VAT on this platform, which means to expect extra fees on delivery. If a package is returned to me, I will require the shipping fee to be paid again to resend the package - please contact me. Otherwise, I will keep it and refund the order cost minus the original shipping cost.



I typically ship orders at least once a week. This is usually on Wednesdays, which includes orders made up until the end of Tuesday (Singapore time). The specific day of the week may be subject to change depending on local holidays, order volume, and other circumstances.

Once an order has been shipped, it's out of my hands - I can't make it move faster! It may take several weeks to arrive due to the current world situation, as well as USPS delays if you live in the US. If a month has passed since the package has been shipped, please send me a message!


Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final.

As production is handled by humans, products may display minor imperfections. Any important details have been noted on the relevant product pages. When you make a purchase, you accept that the product you receive may be imperfect, and cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded. 

Returns and exchanges are only entertained in the case where I made a mistake packing your order. Please send me a message in that case!
